Soft or semi-soft gourmet cheese such as gorgonzola dolce or chevre
Garnishes: glazed and roasted figs or fig balsamic vinegar
Arrange cheese on a small serving platter and drizzle with fig glaze or fig balsamic vinegar. Spread cheese on sweet olive oil torta.
