Broccolini is much more tender than its bigger cousin broccoli and, with minimal preparation, looks so elegant on a plate.
Broccolini
Lemon zest
Coarse sea salt
Rinse and steam broccolini until bright green (careful, it only takes a few minutes!). Immediately plunge into cold water to preserve color and stop the cooking process. Drain and sprinkle with lemon zest and coarse sea salt.
Serve immediately or warm briefly in oven just before serving.
